At Nikn Lotus, we strive to get your creative workspace essentials to you as quickly and reliably as possible. As a small, Bahamian-based business, we partner with trusted dropshipping suppliers (primarily in the US) to fulfill orders efficiently. Please note that we are a non-inventory store, so items are shipped directly from our partners to minimize delays and costs.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bahamian holidays like Junkanoo or US holidays if affecting suppliers). Custom or personalized items (e.g., motivational plaques with specific quotes) may take 4-5 business days.
  • Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and shipped, including tracking details where available.

Shipping Methods and Times

  • Local Pickup: Confirmation email will be sent with pickup time agreed upon with the customer.
  • Domestic Shipping (Bahamas): Via local couriers like DHL or UPS. Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days after processing.
  • US Shipping: Standard via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days.
  • International Shipping: Available worldwide via DHL, UPS, or USPS International. Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days, depending on destination.
    Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may cause additional delays. We recommend checking your local regulations.
  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method.
    Free shipping on orders over $50 (US and Bahamas only).
    Flat rate: $5-10 for standard domestic/US orders under $50.
    International: Starts at $15-25, varies by location.

Tracking and Updates

  • Tracking information is provided via email once shipped. You can also check your order status in your Nikn Lotus account.
  • If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us at support@niknlotus.com with your order number for assistance.

Important Notes

  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to carrier delays, weather, or customs issues.
  • Address accuracy is your responsibility; incorrect addresses may result in additional fees or returns.
  • For pre-launch orders (placed before Jan 2, 2026), processing begins on launch day.
  • Changes to this policy will be updated here and emailed to customers if significant.
