Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Custom or personalized items may take 4–5 business days.
Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and shipped, including tracking details where available.

  • Local Pickup: A confirmation email will be sent with an agreed pickup time.
  • Domestic Shipping (Bahamas) (for specific listed items): Via local couriers like DHL or UPS. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after processing.
  • US Shipping: Standard delivery 10–20 business days after processing.
  • International Shipping: Available worldwide via DHL, UPS, or USPS International. Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination.

Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may cause additional delays. We recommend checking your local regulations.

Shipping Rates

Tracking and Updates
